When I originally found the house I currently own in Shelton, the seller was a very, VERY difficult person to work with. She was able to negotiate a good price and in the end the seller offered closing costs! I would recommended Susan to anyone that is looking to buy or sell a house. Going into this process as first time home buyers my husband and I were understandably nervous; after meeting Susan and working with her all of our reservations went away. She was ALWAYS available to answer questions and provide information. No question was too big or too small. She took great care to explain each step, often answering questions before we even asked! She has amazing follow- through and took great care to get back to me immdeiately every time. In fact, right after our offer was made Susan monitored the progress while she was away for the weekend.
